SCIENTIFIC AND THEORETICAL APPROACHES IN THE SYSTEM OF SUPPLEMENTARY (FURTHER) EDUCATION
Annotation
The article analyses theoretical approaches in the system of supplementary (further) education as infrastructure of innovative information (communicative) environment of the modern higher educational establishment. The author reveals peculiarities of supplementary professional education development in the structure of the modern innovative higher educational establishment. The article also presents basic characteristics of the open supplementary professional education system aimed at improving the quality of life in view of certain peculiarities of the modern stage of post-industrial society development. The author also reveals peculiar features of the open supplementary professional education system, characterizes conditions promoting listeners’ professional competence development and mechanisms of their realization in professional activities of lecturers working in supplementary professional education.Key words
