THE DEVELOPMENT SOCIAL AND PERSONAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE TEACHERS STUDYING PEDAGOGICAL DISCIPLINES
Annotation
The article touches upon the social and personal competence of a modern teacher as a core element of his professional competence, the integrative personal education based on civil and legal, ethic values, positive motives of choosing a profession, personal qualities, theoretical and practical readiness and abilitiy to carry out professional-pedagogic activities efficiently. The author analyses the role psychological and pedagogical disciplines can play in the development of social and personal competence of future teachers by emphasising value- and meaning-oriented aspects of their content as well as of implementation of educational technologies in the context of future pedagogical activities.Key words
