ADAPTATION OF YOUNG EXPERTS FOR MODERN SCHOOL CONDITIONS
Annotation
The article is devoted to the issues of constructing the system of organizational-pedagogical activity aimed at adaptation of young experts for conditions of comprehensive school. This adaptation is based on continuity and interrelation of three basic stages: pre-university, university and post-university. The article also describes possible influences of conditions and factors on stability of teaching staff and development of adaptability criteria. Components of professional adaptation development are considered in accord with continuity principle in view of the features of each stage. The author describes favorable conditions for practical mastering pedagogical trade. The article also intends to find effective ways to overcome difficulties of the adaptive period of teachers-newcomers, to improve social status of pedagogical workers, to provide cooperation between schools and pedagogical universities.Key words
