Annotation

According to modern scholars, the education of a person is not only a necessary transitional stage of preparation for the real life, but an integral part of this life; it is a continuous never-ending process. The strategic aim of continuous education is determined by the fundamental necessity of the social development. Moreover, the success of the socio-economic development of the society hugely depends on the mentality of an individual, fundamentalisation of the general education and the improvement of professional training of future specialists.
