MODEL OF NETWORK ORGANIZATION OF MUNICIPAL METHODICAL SERVICE AS THE FACTOR FOR INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATION

Annotation

The article deals with the network organization model of municipal methodical service at the present stage of educational system development. The authors emphasize the urgent need for teachers to master scientific and theoretical knowledge concerning modern educational technologies, introspection skills in teaching and forecasting of results of students’ work. According to the authors, qualitative increase of professional competence level of pedagogical staff is the key direction of innovative activity in the branch.
