PROJECTING AS THE FACTOR OF EDUCATION MODERNIZATION MANAGEMENT IN MODERN RUSSIA

Annotation

The article treats projecting activity as the object of modernization manage­ment in educational system of modern Russia. Actual problems of working out methodological strategy for changes in objective educational reality are singled out in terms of certain projects, modernization being conceptualized at the local level as the process of educational establishments “transition” to the new qualitative condition of steady development. The authors describe the content of the projects realized in the municipal educational system of Rostov-on-Don and Center of Project Management of Southern Federal University in detail.
