FEATURES OF ADMINISTRATIVE MODEL FOR DEVELOPING ARTISTIC-MENTAL EXPERIENCE OF FUTURE ARTS TEACHERS

Annotation

The article shows that integrative category “artistic-mental experience of a person” can be considered from the positions of poly-modal methodology of modern pedagogy. Some features of administrative model for developing artistic-mental experience of students under conditions of their professional training in higher educational establishments are revealed by the author. During research, the author comes to the conclusion that focus on values of poly-cultural education and art-cultural traditions and needs of the region, purposeful use of versatile artistic environment in all kinds of educational activity, drawing art-aesthetic pluralism as value phenomenon of art education into educational process contribute to spiritual development of a future arts teacher personality.
