INNOVATIVE WORK WITH GIFTED SCHOOLCHILDREN AS PART OF ADDITIONAL EDUCATION

Annotation

The article deals with some questions of innovative forms and methods of work with gifted schoolchildren under conditions of the system of additional education. Directions of work with gifted schoolchildren, competence of teachers working with gifted and talented pupils in additional establishments are discussed. The author presents technological card of individual value and educational route of schoolchil­dren. The article also describes worked out by the author accumulated presentation portfolio of gifted pupils containing diagnostic, axiological, contents blocks as well as trajectories of social development, block developed for parents, creative, archive and memory blocks.
