FORECASTS OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING MODERNIZATION AS PART OF GLOBALIZATION PROCESSES

Annotation

The article deals with globalization processes causing innovative approaches in professional training system of preschool and elementary education. The author gives an outline of some issues of modernization strategy in professional training in view of innovative processes occurring in practice of preschool and an elementary education. The author puts forward modernization predictors of professional trai ning at Pedagogy and Practical Psychology Faculty of Southern Federal University; touches upon necessity of developing professional-pedagogical competences, allowing graduates of higher school to be flexible and mobile in educational and social-cultural environments.
