CREATIVE THINKING AS A FACTOR OF UNIVERSITY LECTURERS’ SCIENTIFIC-RESEARCH WORK OPTIMISATION
Annotation
Scientific-research work of lecturers is one of the key factors of an educational institution development. It has a positive impact on the quality of teaching, promotes creative approach to the work and implies interconnection between the teaching process and modern science, as well as social and economic life, which proves that all the issues related to scientific-research activities of university teachers and factors promoting such activities are very topical nowadays. The author analyses the following notions: “creativity”, “creative thinking”, “verbal creativity”, “non-verbal creativity”, “scientificresearch activities” and the role of creative thinking in promoting scientific-research activities of university teachers both theoretically and empirically.Key words
