Annotation

Change of socio-political and economical orientation required essential correction of high professional school. Today the Russian high professional education faces tasks connected not only with satisfying the country’s current need of qualified staff, but also with the integration into the global educational space. Globalisation as a modern reality makes Russia face the necessity of fast and effective solutions to plenty of problems. The main question is if the traditional education system is able to provide new economy with qualified staff. The article reviews and analyses modern ways of poly-cultural education. Further progress in personnel training must reflect the best traditions of the Russian education, promotion of positive practice and introduction of new educational strategies of the global community.
