DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIALISTS’ COMPETENCE IN THE DIALOGUE WITH COMPETENCE-BASED CULTURE OF STUDENTS AT FACULTY OF ADVANCED TRAINING AT A TERTIARY INSTITUTION

Annotation

In the context of modern professional education development, the main task of teaching is to develop students’ general competence based on cultural competencies that are shaped in the system of professional training, taking into account the employer's requirements to their work. A number of European countries use specialized training programs and certification of competence in occupational safety and health which should be considered in the Russian system of professional development. In the context of modernization of vocational training, faculties of advanced training at universities have good potential for solving this task. The article reveals pedagogical conditions of collaborative activity of students and trainees in the dialogue of culture with the use of interactive technologies: case-studies, instructional training, group interaction in task-based learning and dynamic projects. In order to implement these technologies, the authors offer to prepare teachers of advanced training
