PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF A BIOLOGY TEACHER WITHIN THE CULTURAL APPROACH
Annotation
The author of the article looks into the basic principles of designing professional training of a Biology teacher enabling him/her to implement the cultural concept of the education content in the process of the cultural approach realization. The article characterizes theoretical and normative model of professional training of a Biology teacher and describes the innovative system of professional training. To evaluate the effectiveness of the innovative didactic system the author puts forward the notion of the E-Coefficient (expertise coefficient), which is the ratio of the index of actual realization of educational content standards to the maximum possible index.Key words
