FEATURES OF THE IN-FAMILY MICROSOCIAL ENVIRONMENT AND ITS INFLUENCE ON MENTALLY RETARDED SCHOOLCHILD’S PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT
Annotation
The article focuses on the features of the microsocial environment in which a mentally retarded schoolchild is brought-up. The author carries out a thorough analysis of the results of the experimental study of living conditions in families with mentally retarded schoolchildren in the Russian province. The article determines the most essential negative factors of in-family atmosphere and family education which are necessary to consider in teaching and educating processes. The author reveals dependence of such children’s problems on in-family atmosphere affecting the adaptation process of a mentally retarded child and his/her future socialization.Key words
