DEVELOPING OLDER PRE-SCHOOL CHILDREN’S EMPATHY THROUGH THEATRICAL ACTIVITIES

Annotation
The article presents the results of the research aimed at studying the development of empathy of children of the senior preschool age through dramatized activities. The basic pedagogical condition of dramatized activities implementation in order to develop empathy in senior preschool children is a pedagogical technology which assumes certain sequence of actions aimed at empathy development in the conditions of a dramatized project. The author also analyses results of the author’s pedagogical technology testing, comments on basic stages and methods of its realisation and gives careful consideration to the examples allowing efficiency assessment at each stageKey words
