ON THE ESSENCE AND COMPONENTS OF THE TEACHER’S READINESS FOR GENDER APPROACH REALISATION IN SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT
Annotation
The article deals with the problem of substantial, psychological, pedagogical and methodical preparation of the teacher for implementation of the gender approach in teaching, The author looks into the concept “teacher’s readiness” in the context of the gender approach realisation in the school environment. The article focuses on the essence and components of this readiness and gives its characteristics. The development of this readiness consists of three interconnected directions and is defined as a result of professional training as an integrated quality of the teacher’s personality. This is a unity of five structural components, each of which possesses its own specific content and carries out its own functions.Key words
