THE DEVELOPMENT OF NATIONAL-REGIONAL PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE
OF TEACHER IN THE HIGHER EDUCATION TRAINING SYSTEM
Annotation
National-regional professional competence of a teacher represents a set of competences (regional, ethno cultural, ethno and social psychological, communicative) and is interpreted as a complete integral characteristic based o the ethnoregional and general civil qualities and on the qualities determining specific character of the teacher’s profession, special knowledge in the sphere of regionology with in the frame work of pedagogical profession. The development of national regional professional competency in the system of higher education presupposes the examination of the starting level and giving concrete expression to the requirements to the development of regional competences. It also presupposes the subject filling of the humanities with the regional aspect, the realization of different methods and forms of regionological teaching, the working out of the estimation methods, the monitoring of the teaching quality.Key words
