TO THE PROBLEM OF THE YOUTH’S CIVIL COMPETENCE DEVELOPMENT
Annotation
In the paper the problem of the students’ civil education is considered. The author analyses the content of the civil education concept, which allows defining it as the process of a complex personal quality acquisition. The quality is here referred to as civicism. Based on the key competence, the analysis shows that civicism can be regarded as a competence, that is a set of knowledge, abilities, and skills. In conclusion the author states that the solution of the students’ civil competence formation problem requires the development of the methodology and system of activities.Key words
