Annotation
The article reveals ethnical and psychological principles of the pre-school child personal development and analyses the peculiarities of the ethnical making of their personality. The author pays special attention to the basic pedagogical strategies of ethnical and psychological formation of the child’s personality considering the psychological mechanism of ethnical and psychological development. Complex involvement of informational and informative, emotional and valuable and effective and practical components of ethnical and cultural development of pre-school children promotes the realization of their personal qualities.Key words
