OUT-OF-CLASS EDUCATIONAL WORK WITH JUNIOR PUPILS IN THE NORT CAUCASUS (1931–1941)
Annotation
In 1931–1941 the system of extracurricular education got its scientific grounds. The teachers in the North Caucasus created and introduced new organisational forms of activities promoting children’s creative activities according to their interests and helping them to spend their leisure-time with use. Special attention was given to the development of technical, excursion and tourist centres, hobby groups for children, camps, centres of country studies, which stimulated and developed creative abilities and interests of junior pupils.Key words
