PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION OF EXPERTS: PERSONALITY ANGLE
Annotation
The article emphasizes that professional training of experts is appreciably defined by the level of personality development. The author cites the data that allow proving that the main directions of theoretical and empirical researches in psychology of trades were defined already in the first quarter of the XXth century. Professional development of a person began to be considered as the integral component of mental development as a whole. Basing on the analysis of scientific literature, the author singles out the following laws of mental development which have certain influence on professional development: non-uniformity and heterochrony; continuity; sensitivity; professional individualization. The author offers to consider vocational training as the process of changing personal qualities in the way that guarantees success in certain professional activity.Key words
