STRATEGY OF DEVELOPING PROGNOSTIC EDUCATION IN RUSSIA

Annotation
The article deals with the questions of globalization, growth of monopolization and instability of political situation, economy influencing development of education. In this respect, the concept “prognostic education” is considered. The authors dwell on strategic purposes, variants and conditions of prognostic education development. The model of complex forecasting as scientific research and creations of prognostic schools in the system of continuous education in Russia is worked out in the article. Conceptual approaches to research of problems and creation of the center of global studies are stated.Key words
