Annotation
By analyzing theoretical aspects of educational competences, the essence and scope of psych-diagnostic competence of students - future teachers - are defined. Basing on the results of the research studying level of current and final rating on the discipline "Psycho-diagnostics", the author proves it important to apply information and communication means for developing psycho-diagnostic competence.Key words
