VOLUNTEER ACTIVITY AS SOURCE OF PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT OF TEENAGERS
Annotation
Volunteer activity is considered in the context of concept-centered approach, according to which “singularity point” (crystallization of concepts) arises under conditions of contact between individualized and socialized forms of concepts. Attracting teenagers to volunteer activity, taking into account diagnostics of significant social-personal problems, organization of training on the basis of inclusion in meaningful activity, putting into practice received knowledge, skills, getting experience of “meaningful emotional experience”, self-reflection on the performed activity, according to the author, this is the way of initiating processes of concept making in teenagers.Key words
