SOME ISSUES OF PREPARING A FUTURE TEACHER IN AN INNOVATIVE INFRASTRUCTURE OF A REGIONAL EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM
Annotation
The purpose of the article is to provide theoretical support of the great role of self-organization principle in preparation future teachers in an innovative infrastructure of a regional educational system. The author dwells on some stages of the process of vocational training of a future teacher in cultural-educational space of a regional university. The author refers to the concept “matrix of educational contributions” as the resource of regional communities in vocational training the future teachers. The author comes to the conclusions that developing professionalpersonal competences of future teachers in high school promotes revealing their personal potential in pedagogical activity.Key words
