DEVELOPING SOCIAL COMPETENCE OF A TEENAGER AS THE MECHANISM OF HIS/HER OPTIMAL INTEGRATION INTO SOCIETY
Annotation
The article raises the problem of developing social competences of elementary vocational training students as integrated structural component of the personality and as an effective mechanism for optimal integration into society. In this connection, according to the author, great responsibility falls on social services, competence of a social teacher, administration of educational establishments, subjects of education process. One of the reasons is that for years of transformations in our state many categories of social groups of people and teenagers were created and it is necessary to render them social and psychological help, especially students of educational establishments and their families having special life conditions. Many children (teenagers) require not just educational influences but mostly need social and psychological support.
