INNOVATIVE-CREATIVE PARADIGM OF MODERN PEDAGOGICAL EDUCATION

Annotation
The article is devoted to the modern approach to training pedagogical staff – innovative-creative – as system-forming factor for improving quality of pedagogical staff training. According to the author, as Russian society has became innovative and production in the country highly competitive, it is necessary to solve a problem of innovative-creative education at all steps of educational system of Russia, including training of pedagogical staff as traditional models of education are not basically capable to change place and role of the person in modern society essentially. Teaching practice shows that nowadays there are processes of deep synergetic character, vital urgency of which is to educate a new type of a person. The author believes that it is possible “to duplicate” it by means of a new paradigm of innovative-creative education as innovation and creative character are those modern factors which essentially transform all system of relations and attitudes between a persoKey words
