CULTURE-STUDYING APPROACH TO DESIGNING VARIATIVE EDUCATIONAL SYSTEMS
Annotation
The article makes reference to culture-studying approach as methodological basis for designing variative educational systems. Culture-studying approach sets innovative strategy of development of school and determines some prospects of scientific search: studying potential resources of municipal educational system, developing modern technologies of management under conditions of culture-congruous education, evaluating some pedagogical conditions of cultural identification of schoolchildren. The author reveals humanistic nature of culture-congruous education, gives an account of its intrinsic features, describes innovative experience of creating variative models of schools.Key words
