FEATURES OF PROFESSIONAL SELF-DETERMINATION OF STUDENTS OF DIFFERENT TERTIARY INSTITUTIONS IN MODERN ACADEMIC ENVIRONMENT

Annotation

The article is devoted to some features of professional self-determination of students of different tertiary institutions in modern academic environment. The authors raise the issue of the need to correct professional self-determination at the background of quickly varying labor market, the problem of search and individual choice in the current situation of social and economic development of the country, the question of conformity of the chosen career path to individual abilities of the person, aspiration to achieve highest professional level in case of correct professional self-determination. The role of preferences at the present stage of development is defined on the basis of the classical approach. Necessity of all-round study into personal features and aptitudes in certain field of activity, corresponding to abilities and opportunities of the person, is emphasized by the authors.
