Annotation

Two categories of children of groups of risk are considered in the article. They attract special attention of experts of the Regional Center of Psychological and Pedagogical Rehabilitation and Correction. The first of these categories if formed by children deprived of parent care which includes children brought up in children's homes or having experience of residing outside of family, children who found new families. The other category refers to children and teenagers inclined to addictive behavior - abusing one or several psycho-active substances. Social well-being of modern Russian society in many respects is defined by constructability, adaptability and success of younger generation. It creates special demands for social situation of children development. At the same time, in the modern world there are plenty of children which by certain life circumstances drop out of socially safe context of development and suffer from negative influence from society.
