DIAGNOSTICS OF INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY ABILITIES IN STUDENTS OF A MULTIDISCIPLINARY COLLEGE

Annotation

The article is devoted to diagnostics of multidisciplinary college students’ abilities of innovative activity. The author touches upon the problem of diagnostics and development of students’ abilities, as well as complexity in diagnosing abilities of innovative activity. Examples of diagnostic techniques and the obtained empirical research data are provided. The author draws conclusions based on the results of diagnostics. They show that students’ understanding of the heart matter of innovative process and innovative activity, as a whole, become serious preconditions for development of their abilities of innovative activity. The article sums up the material which allows analyzing students’ implications about the question under study. The article also touches on the issues of student self-development as part of their innovative activity.
