SYSTEM OF SELF-KNOWLEDGE IN PROFESSIONAL WORK OF HIGHER SCHOOL TEACHER

Annotation

According to the author of the article, a teacher of higher school who reasonably applies the system of self-knowledge in his/her professional work, follows the norms in any non-standard interaction in hierarchical structure of higher educational estab­lishment, becomes stronger in terms of non-conflict coexistence as a participant of pedagogical process, confirms the status of responsible executive in solving educational problems, expresses respectful attitude to pedagogical work of colleagues, understands and solves in due time current problems connected with preparation of future graduates, reveals the image of physically healthy person. The article states that systematic work on self-knowledge will promote strengthening of mental immunity.
