Annotation

The article gives an outline to world outlook background and tendencies inf­luencing necessity of forming a new direction of pedagogical education referred to as meta-education. Pedagogical meta-education is a strategy of pedagogical education modernization in the global world which covers evolutionary and space direction of new life on the planet - noosphere, or area of reasonable-ethical issues. The noosphere provides the new form of civilization - “cultural mankind” that makes a problem of culture and education of a person of culture the main issue of the modern world and new pedagogical formation - meta-education.
