Theoretical-methodological foundation of moral-legal values of schoolchildren in Civil Education

Annotation

In this article the author discloses social-pedagogical conditions directed to the formation of moral-legal values of schoolchildren in democratic society. Methodological approaches are developed in the interpretation of values, the categories of «order» and «rights» are researched. The author proves that the formation of constitutional state in our country, to a considerable degree, depends on civil education which includes teaching and upbringing in their unity. The aim of civil education is the formation of socially active and harmoniously developed personality.
