Annotation

Under conditions of insecure labor market, it is difficult for secondary vocational education expert to provide self-development and self-realization in professional work. In this connection, primary goal of secondary special educational institutions is to prepare experts capable of professional growth and professional mobility. The article treats the concept of professional mobility of expert which is considered as quality of the person. In terms of competence based approach, components of professional mobility are designated, such as: professional and general competence, professional and social activity, adaptability, labor motivation, creativity.
