Annotation

The given article offers to measure cognitive operations level by quality of the actions used by pupils and students while solving physical problems. IRT testing theory enables to calculate their personal parameters of training, describing level of cognitive operations performance. The author offers to use parameter of training made average according to the tested pupils and students as an indicator of achievements level of group and efficiency of educational process. The offered methods of measurement allow estimating efficiency of educational process.
