METHODICAL AUDIT – TECHNOLOGY FOR EVALUATING QUALITY OF EDUCATIONAL SERVICES

Annotation

Quantitative evaluation of educational services quality is a very complex and the least studied problem. The article provides the results of researches in the field of qualimetry. The author presents technology allowing to estimate quality of educational services effectively - methodical audit. The author distinguishes components of teaching foreign professional-business dialogue which should be taken into account important for development of methodical audit. The article also touches upon certain structure of methodical audit. The most effective methods for processing the received results are revealed. Theoretical and experimental results can be used for making an outline of further directions in research work which will help to develop technique for carrying out methodical audit.
