Annotation

The article is intended for the wide audience of theorists and experts in pedagogy, as well as for managers of educational services and all those interested in problems of innovative development of our national system of education. The necessity to reconsider corporate preparation as a tool of internal growth of pedagogical staff is the focus of the author’s attention. The article also considers some aspects of strengthening and developing pedagogical personnel, successful management in conditions of dynamical changes of education system, providing competitiveness of educational organizations in the market of educational services.
