The article is devoted to research of some acute issues in Russian pedagogical scientometrics. The author shares his experience of developing concept of updating of criteria system and parameters of quality estimation for scientific and pedagogical research works and general model of system for complex estimation of pedagogical research works as bases for creating ideal model of estimation system of pedagogical research works.
