CONCEPTUAL BASIS OF CULTURAL INFORMATION ENVIRONMENT MODEL IN PROFESSIONAL TRAINING IN THE CONTEXT OF PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT

Annotation

The article analyses the environmental approach to education in the context of its modernization. The author analyses a number of researches by the Russian scientists on the theory and practice of creating developmental environments. The Internet is considered to be cultural information environment and a factor of its development. Special attention is paid to hypertextuality as an attribute of virtual communication. The conceptual model of the environment is characterized by peculiarities of the cultural and civilization development stage, as well as orientation to the effect of learning in the context of solving specific problems.
