Annotation

The article is devoted to the problem of developing volitional qualities at the modern stage of education in higher military schools. The author focuses on the ways of creating favourable conditions for the development of these qualities in future officers. She also makes an attempt to find a complex way of theoretic and practical improvement of the conditions of developing the qualities in question. It is proves that the fixed system of officers` values forms the basis of the content. Understan ding the limit of freedom of will is the main aspect of developing volitional qualities. The newness of the scientific research consists in explaining and substantiation of modern approaches to the process of developing volitional qualities in the military educational environment.
