Annotation

The article reveals the content and meaning of mutual influence and combination of innovative culture and professional development of a person as an organized new quality construct in innovative vocational training with the help of multidisciplinary didactic complexes. The author develops the fractal model of cognitive, administrative and educational activities, which is transformed into the variable model of innovative thinking development, whose core is interaction. It is also stated that innovative culture is a dominant competitive advantage in professional and life activities.
