Annotation

The article considers the problems of student education and the development of professionally important personal traits as conflictological competence, which can be formed in the course “Foundations of Conflictology” as a socially significant University discipline. The target audience is students, post-graduates, lecturers of psychological and pedagogical faculties. The research results can be the basis of lectures, seminars and practical slasses at higher school.
