PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN INNOVATIVE ACTIVITIES OF PRE-SCHOOL EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS

Annotation
The article is devoted to certain theoretical and practical aspects of project management implementation in innovative activities of pre-school educational establishments. The author presents the following project characteristics: intention to achieve specific goals, coordinated activities of project teams aimed at performing mutual tasks; limited time; uniqueness. The author summarizes the results of the project work (project “Improvement of Professional Competence of Teachers in Project Management”; long-term project “My Railway”). It is proved that the project innovative activities considerably improve the quality of pre-school education, which manifests itself in a richer content of children’s education, implementation of new technologies, a wider range of supplementary educational facilities, ensuring economic development of educational establishments.
