POLYLANGUAGE CULTURE AS A FACTOR OF CREATING INNOVATIVE EDUCATIONAL SPACE

Annotation

The article touches upon the issue of creating the space of psychological balance of an individual personality seen as innovation from positions of the humanistic paradigm in education. Investigating the problem nature of Russian education in general, the author sees the main goal in philosophical judgment of the optimum conditions for maintaining psychological balance of an individual by means of polylanguage culture which is supposed to lay the background of sociocultural code of society and education in general. Following the traditional ways of creating the psychological balance of educational process participants, the author develops the concept “polylanguage culture” considering the new realities of national education. According to the paper, Russian education has undergone considerable changes over the last twenty years both at the state level and at the level of educational communities.
