Бондин Виктор Иванович
Пономарев Алексей Евгеньевич
Annotation
The work covers existing approaches to pedagogical control over training loads in health-improving physical activity. The authors points out that there are more than two hundred definitions of the concept “health” in different researches. Analysis of special literature on pedagogical control prompts the authors to take into account climate and geographical conditions, types of build, quickly changing conditions of the environment and some other factors in developing health-improving physical culture. The paper covers the easiest available methods of pedagogical control on various indicators of the happening physiological changes when performing training loads. The authors offer to apply kinesis-and-ergonomics based approach to load regulation which enables to define a complex of interconnected physiological and biochemical processes which pedagogical control of indicators as the background for correction of somatic health of an individual.Key words
physical activity, health-improving physical exercise, fi tness, training loads, pedagogical control, load regulation, kinesis-ergonomics.
