Annotation

The aim of the research is raising the quality of intercultural training for linguistsinterpreters, which can be achieved by grounding the importance of «Introduction to the Theory of Intercultural Communication» academic discipline in modeling the competences of graduates; and also by working out the definition and structure of intercultural competence. It has been established that intercultural competence is the integrative characteristics of intending interpreters; it can be found in their social, personal, scientific, research, and professional competences.
