PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL SUPPORT OF TEACHERS’ PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT IN PROFESSIONAL TRAINING SYSTEM
Annotation
Having analysed a number of contradictions in the current system of continuous pedagogical education, the author focuses on ways and means of improving and optimising the process of personal and professional development of a teacher, formulates conceptual fundamentals ensuring the efficiency of the given means in the professional training system. The article also stresses the need for psychological and pedagogical support of personal and professional development of teachers during the course of training, which enables the author to identify some new reserves of their professional activities effectiveness.Key words
