MOBILITY IN HIGHER PEDAGOGICAL EDUCATION IN GERMANY
Annotation
The article covers the problem of mobility realization as a principle of the Bologna process in the higher pedagogical education in Germany. On the basis of the statistical data analysis it is possible to state main factors influencing the mobility of teachers and prospective teachers on the federal level: labour-market, educational and working conditions, qualifications recognition, status of higher educational institution, distance between the location of higher education institution and student place of residence, population of this location, entertainment facilities, cost of rooming. The realization of the Bologna process principles in the higher pedagogical education in Germany promotes mobility and development of multicultural competence.Key words
