DEVELOPING FUTURE TEACHERS’ APTITUDE FOR PEDAGOGICAL SELF-MANAGEMENT AS A PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL PROBLEM
Annotation
This article is devoted to the factors shaping the organizational behavior of future teachers and organizers of the educational process. The author analyses the key components of teaching self-management: self-knowledge, self-organization, selfeducation, self-control, self-selection of life goals and personal work, management of personal time, information retrieval, rationalization of thinking, self-education, technology, health, communication, rhythm and harmony, group work, risk of creative thinking and managing conflict. The author covers the classification of the purposes of man developed by Enkelmannom T. The article considers rules of effective planning of the manager’s personal time. The author also defines the concept of ‘educational self-management’.Key words
